Sarah L. Kuhns joined the Law Office of Raymond B. Benzinger, P.C. in the spring of 2009. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, with honors, from the University of Maryland, College Park, in May of 2003 and earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007.

Ms. Kuhns' practice focuses on all aspects of family law. She has handled equitable distribution matters, tracing issues, custody cases, relocation cases, enforcement of agreements and decrees, paternity issues, child and spousal support matters, the division of various types of retirement benefits, and the negotiation of premarital agreement and marital settlement agreements.

Ms. Kuhns has practiced in many of the Circuit Courts and Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Courts in northern Virginia, including those in Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County, and the City of Alexandria.
