Attorney Raymond Benzinger focuses his practice exclusively on family law. He handles all aspects of divorce, custody and family law in both contested proceedings and out-of-court third party facilitation.
Raymond B. Benzinger obtained his law degree in 1971 from Georgetown University Law Center, and an LL.M. (advanced law degree in 1973). He is admitted to practice in all juvenile/domestic relations and circuit courts of Virginia, as well as the Court of Appeals and Virginia Supreme Court.
He is a director and past president of the Arlington County Bar Association, and a member of the Virginia State Bar Council. He is appointed by the Fairfax Circuit Court as a pro bono Neutral Case Evaluator, serves as a pro bono Motions Conciliator in Prince William and Fairfax counties, and volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem in local courts.
