RAYMOND BENZINGER: I've spent my entire career helping people, and I get a great deal of satisfaction out of knowing that I've got them through a rocky part of their life, probably the worst part of their life. We like to handle a case from start to finish, have one person certainly familiar with the case from start to finish. It's important for the client to make the decision. We can make the trial practical decisions, but it's the client's life, so it's important that they know all of the risks, the good and the bad, and they can make a decision that's fully informed.

We try to stay in close contact with our clients from day-to-day. So it's important that the client knows that they can call us at any time. I believe I'm known as a fighter; that I fight for my clients and I want to get the best for my clients that I can; the best of whatever is possible.
